     Lodging: Comfortable, unique log lodge in Churchill, standard hotel in Winnipeg
     Climate & Conditions: Winter weather with snow on the ground and wind, a temperature range of zero to 55º F (tundra vehicles are heated to 45º - 55º F).
     Habitats Visited: Prairie potholes & boreal forest near Winnipeg, tundra, taiga & Hudson’s Bay shore near Churchill
     Tour Pace: Very easy, relaxed itinerary with no lengthy or strenuous hikes. Two internal flights and no long drives. Full days aboard Tundra Buggy vehicles
     Ease of Birding: Easy birding along Hudson’s Bay, tundra & taiga. Prairies & boreal forests near Winnipeg are nearly as easy. Few difficult species
     Expect To See: Polar Bears! — females with playful cubs, young males pugnaciously sparring and huge adult males, Arctic Fox, Arctic & Snowshoe Hares in their white winter finery and Moose are possible. 50 - 75 species of birds, most being permanent or winter residents of Manitoba
     Bird Highlights: Willow Ptarmigan, Spruce Grouse, Gyrfalcon, Boreal, Great Gray, and Northern Hawk Owls, Black-backed and American Three-toed Woodpeckers, Northern Shrike, Bohemian Waxwing, Evening & Pine Grosbeaks, Red & White-winged Crossbills, Common & Hoary Redpolls
     Mammal Highlights: Polar Bear, Arctic Fox, Arctic Hare, Bearded & Ringed Seals, Moose, Snowshoe Hare
